- Experience with EHR (electronic health records) and/or Revenue Cycle System.
- Minimum associate’s degree with a focus in IT in Business related field (e.g., Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience.
- Serve as the liaison between the customer community and the software development team.
- Clearly document functional, system, and process requirements.
- Obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis, and use cases.
- Evaluate information from multiple sources to understand client business requests and needs.
- Translate client business requests and needs into application and operational requirements.
Job Description
Our client is seeking an IT Business Analyst for a contract opportunity.
DUTIES:
- Serves as the liaison between the customer community and the software development team via clearly documented functional, system and process requirements.
- Works with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases.
- Evaluates the information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of the client’s business requests and needs and translates them into application and operational requirements.
REQUIRMENTS:
- Min associate’s degree is required with a focus in IT in Business related required. (example Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare). Bachelor is great to have but not required –
- Must have a minimum of 5+ years
- Systems/IT BA will assist with various projects and manage some of the work streams.
- Any exp with EHR (electronic health records) and/or Revenue Cycle System (this would be helpful but not required).
