Thales Canada, Defence & Security is engaged in the building of ships for Canada’s National Shipbuilding Strategy (NSS) program.
To support this project, the IVVQ team (Integration, Verification, Validation, and Quality Team) is looking to add an IVVQ Test Specialist to the Thales team based in North Vancouver. The IVVQ Specialist plays a critical role as part of the Engineering team responsible for the design, conduct, and reporting of IVVQ activities.
Please note that this role will involve working onsite daily work at our Client’s site, Vancouver Shipyards. Extended periods of travel to Victoria are anticipated. Some travel outside of British Columbia may be required. Some ship voyages during test events will be require
Ability to acquire and maintain Canadian Secret, Controlled Goods, ITAR, NATO Secret and COMSEC security clearances.
