Job Description

As a JAVA Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a development team and engaging with clients. You will need to have a strong foundation in computer science, expertise in Java software development, experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate, and the ability to develop REST APIs. You will also need experience with technologies such as Kafka, AWS, and container technologies. You will be expected to troubleshoot issues along the CI/CD pipeline, solve scalability and performance problems, and have excellent client communication skills. You will also be expected to perform minimal bug fixes in the UI.

Good To Have:

Experience with Golang or Python
Proficiency in working with Linux or macOS environments
Basics of React

Must Have:

8-12 years of industry experience in related technologies
Strong Computer Science foundation (data structures, algorithms, databases)
Expertise in Java software development, minimum Java 8 & Java 11 preferred

Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned JAVA Technical Manager

Responsibilities:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or related field. · - Must have 8-12 years of industry experience in related technologies · - Strong Computer Science foundation (data structures, algorithms, databases, distributed systems). · - Expertise in Java software development is a must have. Minimum Java 8 & Java 11 is preferred. · - Strong in spring boot, Hibernate · - Ability to develop REST APIs. · - Strong Computer Science foundation (Strong object-oriented concept in Java script). · - Strong expertise in React · - Experience in Redux · - Strong expertise in TypeScript · - General understanding of SQL is needed · - Must have experience in Kafka · - Experience with AWS and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, or Hashicorp Nomad/Consul/Vault). · - Practice of modern software engineering including agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines. · - Knowledge of moving code from Dev/ Test to Staging and Production. Troubleshoot issues along the CI/CD pipeline. · - Experience in planning, designing, and developing cloud-based applications and solving internet scale problems. Work on solving scalability and performance problems. · - Working knowledge in Solid project & client · - Must have excellent client communication skills · - Must have experience to lead and guide a development team · - Must have experience in client engagement

Mandatory skill sets:

1. Should have experience in Elastic Search 2. - Expertise with one or more programming languages (e.g., Golang, Python or the like), understanding of the concepts, as well as the willingness to share and grow this knowledge is welcomed. 3. - Proficiency in working with Linux or macOS environments. 4. - Candidate should know basics of react, need not have project experience 5. - Should be able to do minimal bug fixes in the UI
