Job Summary

Job Description

This role involves aiding with client onboarding, collaborating to customize solutions, and fulfilling client accounting, compliance, performance, risk, and reporting needs on Clearwater's Platform. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive client training, troubleshooting issues, and managing stakeholder relationships. The associate will identify and escalate risks, deliver timely responses to inquiries, and provide internal training. They will also document and suggest process improvements, leading efforts for continuous improvement. A Master's degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field is required.
Must have:
  • Aid with client onboarding processes, SaaS platforms, and service models.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess requirements and customize solutions.
  • Fulfill the client's accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis, and reporting necessities.
  • Provide comprehensive training to clients on Clearwater's Platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues during the implementation process.
  • Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships, including senior-level management.
  • Identify and promptly escalate risks and issues to the Project Manager and Senior Stakeholders.
  • Consistently deliver accurate, timely, and comprehensive responses to routine inquiries.
  • Provide internal training to colleagues, sharing expertise effectively within the team.
  • Proficiently document and suggest internal process improvements and product enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and take the lead in implementing solutions within the team.
  • Master's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field.

Identify and promptly escalate risks and issues to the Project Manager and Senior Stakeholders for appropriate action. Consistently deliver accurate, timely, and comprehensive responses to routine inquiries, both in written and verbal contexts. Provide internal training to colleagues, sharing expertise effectively within the team. Proficiently document and suggest internal process improvements and product enhancements. Identify opportunities for improvement and take the lead in implementing solutions within the team, contributing to continuous improvement efforts. May Telecommute.

Job Requirements

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
