Job Description
- Aid with client onboarding processes, SaaS platforms, and service models.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess requirements and customize solutions.
- Fulfill the client's accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis, and reporting necessities.
- Provide comprehensive training to clients on Clearwater's Platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues during the implementation process.
- Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships, including senior-level management.
- Identify and promptly escalate risks and issues to the Project Manager and Senior Stakeholders.
- Consistently deliver accurate, timely, and comprehensive responses to routine inquiries.
- Provide internal training to colleagues, sharing expertise effectively within the team.
- Proficiently document and suggest internal process improvements and product enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and take the lead in implementing solutions within the team.
- Master's degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field.

Job Requirements
