- Support contract management system implementation
- Participate in workshops and testing

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
Main challenge
As a project Assistant you’ll support the implementation of a new contract management system, including workshops, testing, and contract migration.
What it means on a daily basis
Participate to the implementation & configuration workshops with the vendor
Participate in testing of the tool’s functionalities
Ensuring the full contractual documentation is available and clearly labelled for the legacy contracts to be migrated
Extracting information from the legacy contracts using the AI functionalities of the tool
Liaising with the members of the legal team in case of doubt in the interpretation of the contracts data
Who you will be working with
You will report to the Contract Manager and work together with the rest of the legal team.
