A Senior Gameplay Developer at Gameloft Saigon contributes to the design and implementation of captivating gameplay features. This role involves collaborating with designers, artists, and engineers to bring innovative experiences to life. You will own critical gameplay systems from concept to polish, influence technical direction, and mentor junior programmers in a dynamic, player-focused studio environment.

Must Have

  • Maintain Code Quality: Write clean, reusable, and efficient C++/C# code with proper documentation.
  • Mentor & Review: Provide feedback to peers, guide junior developers, and champion best programming practices.

Job Purpose:

A Senior Gameplay Developer is a core contributor to the design and implementation of gameplay features that captivate players and elevate our game. You’ll work in tight collaboration with designers, artists, and other engineers to bring innovative and polished gameplay experiences to life.

You will own critical gameplay systems from concept to polish, influence technical direction, and mentor junior programmers in a dynamic, player-focused studio environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Gameplay Features: Transform high-level gameplay concepts into robust, scalable, and maintainable code, ensuring features are engaging and aligned with the project vision.
