Provide requirements analysis and processing;
Maintain and update testing documentation for backend services;
Create and maintain test cases/checklists and other types of test documentation;
Perform feature and regression testing on different stages, starting from business requests to full-scale production rollout;
Analyze reasons for the failed test, report issues, take corrective actions;
Participate in process improvements to increase the product's quality and the team's performance.
2+ years of experience in WEB testing, preferably in the Fintech domain;
Strong understanding of software testing theory and methodologies;
Good understanding of client-server architecture;
Experience in API testing (Postman or similar);
Good knowledge of UI/UX best practices;
Experience with Jira/Confluence;
Strong knowledge of different testing methods, test design techniques, and types;
Familiarity with Git Flow;
Good understanding of SDLC, Agile Concepts, and QA best practices across the SDLC;
Good understanding of HTML/CSS, JSON/XML;
Experience with Test Case Management Software (e.g. TestRail);
Basic experience or understanding of the automation testing process;
Experience in testing payment systems, processing transactions, and DB queries (SQL) will be a plus;
Familiarity with Playwright or similar testing frameworks will be a plus.
