Job Description

Growe is seeking a Total Reward Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for local and international specialists. Responsibilities include collecting, verifying, and reconciling payroll data, preparing reports, and handling queries. The role requires 2+ years of experience, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Google Sheets), and a strong intermediate English level. The specialist will also support payroll system improvements and collaborate with HR, Finance, and external providers, demonstrating high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks at once.
