Job Description

This role focuses on balancing increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. The Media & Graphics Design Analyst will drive marketing performance through deep functional and technical expertise, accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale using Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement, and Media Growth Services. Responsibilities include analysis and solving lower-complexity problems, interacting with peers, and potentially limited client exposure. The role may require working in rotational shifts and applying expertise to resolve technical issues.
Must Have:
  • Marketing Operations - Creative Design skill
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Min. 3-4 years in Templates development & maintenance
  • Experience working on any Content Management System (CMS)
  • Hands-on experience with building responsive/fluid design
  • Flexible working in shifts
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general email functionalities and concepts
  • Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units
  • Exposure to content management platforms (such as Adobe Experience Manager AEM OR WordPress), along with self QA & testing knowledge
  • HTML (HTML 4.01, XHTML, HTML5) development, including complex email architecture and integration with server-side structures
  • CSS (CSS1, CSS2, CSS3 cross browsing, pixel perfect concept, validation) development, including CSS3 style sheets and themes, and knowledge in mobile and tablet layouts
  • JS (DOM, CORE, JSON, AJAX, jQuery) customization, including creating or customizing JS modules and knowledge in JS libraries, components, best practices, and standards
  • Unit Testing, including running a unit testing process for every accomplished task and ability to review co-worker’s job

Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Creative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes.

What are we looking for?

  • Min. 3-4 years in Templates development & maintenance, working on Content Management System
  • Experience working on any CMS
  • Hands on with building responsive/fluid design

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
  • Your day to day interaction is with peers within the company before updating supervisors
  • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or management
  • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
  • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others
  • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
  • Regular exposure to business stakeholders and executive management to apply your expertise to resolve technical issues
  • Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general email functionalities and concepts
  • Constant communication with colleagues to provide project updates and keep the flow moving
  • Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.
  • Exposure to content management platforms would be essential (such as, Adobe Experience Manager AEM OR WordPress, along with self QA & testing knowledge)
  • HTML (HTML 4.01, XHTML, HTML5)
  • Knowledge on how to develop complex email architecture and structure from scratch
  • Create advanced XHTML static and dynamic, structures and templates
  • HTML 4.0, XHTML and HTML5 understanding of semantic web and best practices
  • Should have hands on experience/knowledge on how to integrate XHTML pages and modules with a server-side structures
  • CSS (CSS1, CSS2, CSS3 cross browsing, pixel perfect concept, validation)
  • Hands on knowledge on how to develop CSS3 style sheets, for a specific pages and for an entire site
  • Knowledge in best practices
  • Knowledge in how to create CSS3 based themes
  • Knowledge in concepts like pixel perfect, cross-browsing
  • Strong Knowledge in mobile and tables layouts
  • JS (DOM, CORE, JSON, AJAX, jQuery)
  • Create or customize JS modules
  • Knowledge in JS libraries, components, best practices and standards
  • Knowledge in JS optimization
  • Unit Testing
  • Run a unit testing process for every accomplished task
  • Create guidelines to improve the unit testing process
  • Ability to review another co-worker’s job
