We’re looking for a Mobile Marketing Operations Producer to lead the management of promotional calendars across app stores (Google Play and App Store), coordinate the production of visual assets (cards and videos), and oversee a global network of freelancers (translators and motion designers). If you’re passionate about checklists, version control, and delivering flawless assets on time, this role is for you.
Responsabilities
- Join partner meetings, log action items, and submit nominations via store platforms.
- Track approvals and rejections for promotional events.
- Align product milestones with promotional windows across stores.
- Create detailed asset briefs (copy, layout, specs, regions, timelines).
- Manage workflow between internal teams and freelancers.
- Coordinate video production and post-production, ensuring organized and timely deliveries.
- Manage the text translation pipeline, ensuring adherence to glossaries and style guides.
- Oversee video adaptation using localized texts (burn-in titles, supers, subtitles, motion graphics).
- Source and manage motion design freelancers, define SLAs, and review deliverables.
- Execute linguistic QA for all localized assets, checking accuracy, cultural fit, layout, and sync.
- Run device tests before publishing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Production, or related fields.
- Experience in areas such as marketing/creative, ASO/ops, localization support, or video/motion operations.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, task boards (Asana/Jira), version control tools; comfortable managing vendor SLAs.
- Exceptional attention to detail when reviewing multilingual assets (you don’t need to speak every language, but you catch spacing, truncation, and line-break issues).
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of video production/post (briefing editors, reviewing cuts, understanding codecs/exports; basic After Effects/Premiere for minor tweaks).
- Experience coordinating motion design versioning (titles, supers, localized slates).
- Familiarity with App Store Connect and/or Google Play Console (metadata, events, asset uploads).
- Exposure to linguistic QA workflows or game/content localization.
- Spanish proficiency.
