The multiplatform sales area focuses on developing and executing sales strategies that span various platforms, such as websites, mobile applications, social networks, and physical stores. Its objective is to provide a coherent and personalized shopping experience across all channels, increasing brand visibility, improving customer interaction, and maximizing sales opportunities.

About you:

A Multiplatform Sales Manager with strategic vision, exceptional commercial skills, and proficiency in English. You will be the connection point between the commercial marketing, pricing, and production teams to develop innovative sales solutions aligned with the media ecosystem and client objectives. This role requires a strong capacity for influence and collaboration, ensuring that each area contributes its maximum value to commercial strategies.

Your day-to-day:

  • Development of multiplatform sales strategies: Create commercial proposals that integrate TV, digital, social networks, and events.
  • Development and management of new business: Identify business opportunities aligned with TelevisaUnivision's capabilities. Prospecting, generation, and development of new commercial opportunities.
  • Interdepartmental collaboration: Coordinate closely with Commercial Marketing to structure competitive offers. Work with Pricing to ensure profitability and rate optimization. Understand the production process to design commercial offers adapted to content.
  • Negotiation and relationship management: Represent the company's commercial solutions to clients and agencies. Manage strategic agreements maximizing value for all parties.
  • Analysis and commercial optimization: Evaluate key metrics to improve conversions and profitability. Detect trends and adjust strategies according to market evolution.

You must have:

  • 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in media/advertising
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Administration, or related fields
  • Advanced English (essential for interaction with clients and international teams).
  • Mastery of monetization models in traditional and digital media.
  • High negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking and commercial vision.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment and results-oriented approach.
