As an Office Manager and Employee Experience Associate, you’ll play a key role on our global team, dedicated to creating a smooth, welcoming, and engaging environment for employees, guests, and partners alike. In this dynamic position, you'll oversee daily office operations, assist with facility coordination, and help plan and execute a variety of events, both on-site and off-site, designed to enrich the overall workplace experience.
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workspace.
Act as the main point of contact for facility-related matters and vendors.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep.
Support onboarding by giving office tours and setting up desks.
Enhance the employee experience through thoughtful space design and culture-driven initiatives and events.
Plan and execute internal events, handling logistics, setup, and follow-up.
Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all employees and guests.
Previous experience in office coordination, facilities, hospitality, or similar roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and event schedules.
Proficiency with MS Office and basic familiarity with office systems (e.g., access control, booking tools, etc.).
