Job Description

The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining the office environment and creating a comfortable atmosphere. They will handle budgeting, reporting, and document flow, as well as work with suppliers and courier services. Additionally, they will coordinate travel arrangements, including booking tickets and accommodation, and assist in organizing events and office decorations. The ideal candidate should be organized, friendly, and possess strong communication skills, with an ability to independently manage their work and align with the company's core values of teamwork, results-driven approach, and adaptability to change.
Must Have:
  • At least one year of office management/administrative experience.
  • Experience in planning business trips.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
