The Online Events Specialist is responsible for coordinating the production, promotion, and publishing of webinars and other on-demand content related to Veeam solutions and the data management industry. The role involves collaboration with internal and external subject matter experts and content publishing on various platforms. Responsibilities include developing webinar topics, planning, scheduling, publishing, and coordinating speakers, as well as managing content publishing for different regions. The specialist will also work with multiple teams to ensure aligned content production and promotion, use digital marketing tools for reporting, and maintain a content publishing schedule.

Must Have:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-2 years of Marketing experience.
Proficiency in MS Office based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc).
Good communication skills.

The Online Events Specialist is primarily responsible for coordinating production, promotion and publishing of webinars as well as various on-demand content (white papers, recordings) about Veeam solutions and data management industry in general. Responsibilities include working with both internal/external SMEs as well as content publishing via Veeam and 3rd party platforms.

Responsibilities

Coordinate online events (webinars) production for several regions: topics development, planning, scheduling, publishing, speakers’ coordination, and analytics
Coordinate online events/on-demand content publishing for several regions – webinars recording, white papers, product demos
Collaborate with external and internal subject matter experts (evangelists, bloggers, engineers, developers, analytics, IT administrators) on online event organization
Collaborate with multiple teams across regions/departments to ensure aligned content production and promotion: product marketing, campaign management, digital advertisement, email marketing, SEO, localization, creatives, web-development etc.
Initiate and drive projects with creatives and web-development teams to ensure effective content placement on Veeam and 3rd party web sites (mainly content pages UX)
Use Google Analytics, Marketo, SalesForce, Tableau and other digital marketing tools and platforms to perform regular reporting on content activities results
Maintain a content publishing schedule for regions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
Previous experience –Marketing with 1-2 years of experience.
Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc)
Proficiency in English
Proactivity on understanding and assimilating order processing procedures functionality and importance;
Good communication skills;
Ability to adapt to quick changes and prioritise accordingly;
Capacity to understand the company and customer’s needs.
