Marsh McLennan is seeking a talented Operations Analyst for its Insurance Operations team in Mexico City. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office weekly. The position involves managing insurance-related requests in the damages area, providing excellent customer service, ensuring timely follow-up, and administrative support. The team focuses on efficient solutions and high-quality client attention.
Must have:
  • Manage damage-related insurance requests, ensuring quick and accurate responses.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Follow up on pending requests and send reminders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain good administrative practices and document all client interactions.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree, either completed or in progress.
  • At least 1 year of experience in insurance or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in insurance processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Operations Analyst:
