Job Description

Ninja Van is seeking an Operations Recruitment Specialist to manage mass recruitment for various operational roles, including delivery station staff, warehouse personnel, and cargo handlers. Key responsibilities involve sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of recruitment experience, proficiency in office IT, and basic English skills, with a preference for those experienced in recruiting general laborers for industrial settings. Good To Have:
  • Candidates with experience recruiting general laborers for Industrial Parks, Factories are preferred.
Must Have:
  • Recruit positions for the operations block: Delivery station manager/deputy, delivery staff, warehouse manager, cargo handling staff, etc.
  • Search for and propose effective recruitment channels;
  • Screen resumes, contact candidates, schedule interviews, and directly participate in interviews;
  • Prepare reports as required by direct Manager;
  • Support other tasks as requested by direct Manager.

  • Ability to work independently and multitask;
  • Basic English.
