Role Level: Senior Associate

Location: Hyderabad, India

Desired Work Experience:

• 4.5 - 8 Years of Client Facing Finance Consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background.

Travel Requirements: 0% weekly travel

Desired Education:

• Degree from a top tier university, preferably in one of the following fields:

• Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance

• Computer Science

Desired Certifications:

• FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS

• CPA

Desired Skills:

• Demonstrates some proven knowledge and experience with leading practices in the following areas:

  • Month End Consolidation, SEC and Statutory Reporting 

  • Financial Master Data Management 

  • Account Reconciliations

• Demonstrates some proven knowledge and experience in leading technical implementation of EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) tools:

  • Oracle Cloud EPM 

    • FCCS - Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service, 

    • EDMCS - Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service

    • ARCS - Account Reconciliation Cloud Service

    • PCMCS - Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service

    • Narrative Reporting

    • EPBCS - Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service

• Demonstrates some proven knowledge and experience in leading technical development of:

  • General Oracle EPM configuration

  • Business Rule / Calculation Development

  • Data Integration, EPM automate, EPM Integration Agent

  • Master Data Management

  • User Security Configuration and Management

  • Report Development

• Demonstrates some proven knowledge and success in identifying and addressing client needs: building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.

• Demonstrates some proven knowledge and success as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback; providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less-experienced staff.

• Demonstrates some proven abilities and experience working with cloud based collaboration and project management tools.
