Job Description

Axi is a leading global provider of financial trading services, seeking a strategic and results-driven Paid Social Specialist. This role involves leading the daily management and optimisation of paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive new customer acquisition and increase trading volume for brands like Axi, One Financial Markets, and PsyQuation. The specialist will be responsible for developing channel strategies, analysing performance, and shaping the vision for paid social to deliver impactful growth across global markets.
Must Have:
  • End-to-end planning, setup, and execution of paid social campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Launching campaigns on time and in compliance with platform best practices and target goals.
  • Consistently delivering on day-to-day tasks for all assigned campaigns, including budget pacing and reporting.
  • Preparing and presenting campaign results with ROI-focused insights and recommendations.
  • Strong grasp of the overall marketing ecosystem and the role of digital media and paid social.
  • Serving as a platform expert across various paid social channels.
  • Collaborating with regional managers and other Marketing team members for informed recommendations.
  • Managing publisher relationships with Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital partners.
  • Analysing and interpreting insights for attribution modelling and 3rd party analytics data.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter/X.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in interpreting performance data and turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data to track, report, and optimise campaign performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of channels, working independently to drive results and meet KPIs.
  • Skilled in campaign optimisation, continuously testing and refining to improve performance.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Paid Social Specialist to lead the daily management and optimisation of paid social media campaigns. This role is key to driving new customer acquisition and increasing trading volume across our brands – Axi, One Financial Markets, and PsyQuation. You will be responsible for developing channel strategies, analysing performance, and shaping the vision for paid social to deliver impactful growth across global markets.

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will

  • End to end planning, set up and execution of paid social campaigns across multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Launch campaigns on time and in compliance with platform best practices (naming conventions, campaign/adset/ad structure, frequency settings, conversion event, etc) and in accordance to target goals & objectives in-line with business strategy
  • Consistently delivers on day-to-day tasks for all assigned campaigns (daily pacing towards budget and KPI, weekly internal reports, monthly business reports, data integrity, etc)
  • Prepare and present campaign results; Recommend strategies with ROI-focused insights and recommendations to improve channel performance
  • Strong grasp of the overall marketing ecosystem and specifically the role that digital media and paid social plays within
  • Serve as a platform expert across various paid social channels with the ability to advise cross functional teams on audience demos, targeting capabilities and creative formats
  • Collaborate with regional managers and other Marketing team members to make informed recommendations around targeting, platforms, creative formats and budget allocation
  • Manage publisher relationships with Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital partners on ways to best leverage their platforms and opportunities to scale towards business goals
  • Analyse and interpret insights for attribution modelling and 3rd party analytics data
  • Build strong relationships within the Marketing team and cross-functionally with all internal stakeholders
  • Understand the latest trends and new technologies in social media
  • Deliver and own multiple projects/deliverables in a timely manner
  • Communicates successes, failures, and escalations to line manager promptly
  • Measure, report, analyse the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve future performance
  • Undertake any tasks and projects as assigned to meet evolving business needs (able to discern cost/benefit to decide priorities independently)
