Sitecore is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with their business partners, aligning with the company's go-to-market strategy and SaaS business model. This role involves planning and executing co-marketing campaigns, driving demand generation through partner channels, and building strong relationships with partners to achieve mutual growth. The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing quarterly marketing plans, driving pipeline and revenue growth through partner channels, developing and managing partner relationships, coordinating cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, measuring and reporting on program performance, and managing budgets and resources. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with at least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in partner or channel marketing within the technology or software industry. Strong demand generation, ABM, analytical, and data-driven skills, along with proficiency in marketing technology, communication, and interpersonal skills, and strategic and creative thinking are essential.

About the Role: 
The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing joint marketing initiatives with Sitecore’s business partners, aligning these efforts with the company’s go-to-market strategy and SaaS business model.  
This role involves planning and executing co-marketing campaigns, driving demand generation through partner channels, and building strong relationships with partners to achieve mutual growth. This role will need to work within budget and timeline guidelines to deliver marketing programs that contribute to sales pipeline and revenue targets. 
These responsibilities demand both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, as the Partner Marketing Manager is instrumental in extending Sitecore’s marketing reach through and with partners, ultimately contributing to increased pipeline and sales in cooperation with those partners. 
 
What You’ll Do: 
The Partner Marketing Manager will take on a broad set of responsibilities to drive partner-related marketing impact: 
  • Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners: Develop and manage robust quarterly marketing plans in collaboration with partners and regional sales teams, leveraging multi-channel tactics (webinars, events, digital campaigns, etc.) to generate demand and pipeline.  
  • Drive pipeline and revenue growth through partner channels: Align partner marketing programs with sales objectives to generate new customer leads and accelerate pipeline growth for Sitecore’s solutions.  
  • Develop and manage partner relationships: Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with key Sitecore partners. Work closely with partner account managers to identify joint marketing opportunities, create actionable go-to-market programs, and ensure partners are engaged and supported in marketing efforts.  
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration: Work with internal teams across Sitecore – including Field Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales – to adapt and leverage content for partner use and ensure consistent messaging.  
  • Measure and report performance: Track the effectiveness of partner marketing programs against key performance indicators. Analyze data across campaigns and channels to determine ROI and best practices, and provide regular reports to both internal stakeholders and partners.  
  • Manage budgets and resources: Oversee the partner marketing budget (including any MDF – Marketing Development Funds or co-op marketing funds) and ensure optimal use of resources.  
 
What You Need to Succeed:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (an advanced degree or MBA is a plus) 
  • Preferably 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including direct experience with partner or channel marketing programs in the technology or software industry.
  • Demand generation & account-based marketing (ABM) skills 
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset  
  • Marketing technology proficiency (familiarity with modern marketing tools and platforms is required, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, web analytics tools, content management systems, and business intelligence dashboards.  
  • Communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strategic and creative thinking 
 
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart: 
  • Experience in partner or channel marketing
  • Familiarity with Sitecore or other martech products   
  • SaaS marketing experience
