Our People Data Engineering Manager will focus on designing, building, and maintaining our People Data Snowflake instance infrastructure, required for efficient data processing and analysis of our people data (e.g., headcount, turnover, performance management engagement). You will be responsible for tasks such as data ingestion and automating data pipelines, storage, transformation, and optimisation. You will also work closely with data scientists, data reporting analysts and other cross-functional teams to understand their data needs to design scalable and reliable data solutions as well as implement data governance policies and data quality standards.
