Job Description

Make is seeking a People/HR Business Partner to join their fast-growing team. This role involves strategic guidance, including aligning HR initiatives with business strategy, and acting as a go-to person for employees. Responsibilities also include performance management, employee relations, change management, and talent development, encompassing advising on acquisition, retention, and development strategies, as well as providing counseling, coaching, mentorship, and guidance. The role requires collaboration with business leaders and providing insights through data analysis, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting business leaders during significant transitions. The role also involves addressing and resolving employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.
Must Have:
  • University degree in HR or related field
  • Experience as a People/HR Business Partner
  • Business acumen in fast-paced SaaS environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven HR strategies
  • Change management experience, adapting to company culture
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit to drive innovation

Key Responsibilities Strategic Guidance:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align People & Culture/ HR initiatives with overall business strategy.
  • Act as the go-to person for employees and leaders, providing guidance to enhance productivity, retention, engagement, and relationships.
  • Utilize metrics and data analysis to provide insights into workforce trends for informed decision-making.
Performance Management:
  • Provide guidance on performance management processes and improvements.
  • Facilitate feedback discussions, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.
Employee Relations:
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Change Management and Optimization:
  • Assist in managing organizational change and drive positive transformation.
  • Support business leaders in navigating significant transitions.
Counseling and Talent Development:
  • Advise on talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies.
  • Provide counseling, coaching, mentorship, and guidance for enhanced performance.

Requirements:
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience as a People/HR Business Partner.
  • Business acumen in fast-paced SaaS or technical environments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven HR strategies.
  • Change management experience, adapting to evolving processes and company culture.
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit to drive innovation.
