Your daily life

You will join the Shipping Department of the Logistics Department, whose main missions are to ensure the dispatch of equipment after repair, spare parts, and new products within the deadlines and in accordance with quality rules.

Your main missions are:

• - Packaging parcels according to operating procedures and equipment size;
• - Preparing the parcel and creating the transport document according to the indicated carrier;
• - Communicating necessary information to the customs unit for the preparation of export files;
• - Preparing USM (internal Thales site shuttles) for equipment/parts shipments and creating listings;
• - Archiving data at the end of the day.

The service operates mainly on team schedules.

Your profile

Holding a Baccalaureate or equivalent specialized in logistics, do you have successful experience in this field and in an industrial context?

Have you developed your skills in an international environment?

Do you master office tools and SAP?

Autonomy, rigor, reactivity, and team spirit are all assets that are recognized in you?
