Job Description

LSEG is seeking a dedicated PKI Service Owner to lead a strategic transformation programme in response to upcoming industry-wide changes to certificate management regulations. This role is critical to ensuring LSEG remains compliant, secure, and competitive over the next three years. The PKI Service Owner will provide strategic direction, establish a robust governance framework, and oversee the automation and migration of certificate services. The role involves leading the transformation, defining strategic roadmaps, establishing governance, ensuring compliance, collaborating with teams, managing vendors, monitoring progress, and serving as a subject matter expert.

  • Relevant certifications in security and PKI technologies.
Must Have:
  • Lead the transformation programme focused on automating and migrating certificate services.
  • Define and execute a strategic roadmap aligned with evolving certificate management standards.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive governance framework for PKI services.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party solutions for PKI automation.
  • Monitor and report on programme progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for PKI and certificate lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience in PKI service management and certificate lifecycle automation.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to certificate management.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
