As a Pricing & Supply Manager for GoMart, you will play a crucial role in scaling the business. You will report to key stakeholders and collaborate with business and operations teams to define customer pricing and driver allocations and incentives. Your responsibilities include owning key pricing and supply objectives, defining strategy, and rolling out enhancements. You will design and test scalable solutions, presenting findings to senior management for strategic decision-making. Collaboration with data science, product management, public relations, government relations, finance, and legal teams is essential for seamless implementation. You will also explore Gojek's data resources to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve business metrics. This role requires a passion for analytics and innovation to shape the future of the grocery industry in Indonesia.
Must have:
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role
- Proficiency in analytic tools, SQL, and experimentation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills for complex projects
- Data-driven problem-solving and independent initiative
- Confident verbal and written English communication

What you will do:
- Own key pricing & supply objectives, defining strategy and rollout plan for pricing & supply enhancements. Design and test scalable solutions and present the findings to senior management to drive business and strategic decision-making on feature prioritization and impact analysis.
- Collaborate with the data science team, product managers, public relations, government relations, finance, and legal to ensure that implementation of pricing enhancement can be implemented seamlessly end-to-end
- Continuously discover growth opportunities in business metrics by exploring Gojek’s vast data resources
What you will need:
- At least 5 years working experience in an analytical role
- Proficiency in multiple analytic tolls with strong knowledge of SQL and experimentation process
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely
- Strong project management skills to manage complex projects, also can manage and prioritize multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive initiatives independently.
- A confident communicator in verbal and written English
