BASIC FUNCTION
As a Lead Project and Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing complex, large-scale
projects aimed at transforming our company infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams,
including engineering, operations, product development, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful
planning, implementation, and delivery of technology transformation initiatives. Additionally, you will manage
partner relationships and consultants needed for delivery of programs, demand intake and change management of
programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Leadership and Engagement
· Support IT PMO team in creating and implementing the global GBS strategy and alignment with GBS IT stakeholders, business units, and partners.
· Create and deliver compelling presentations for WK executives, other senior leaders, and customers.
· Work with divisional management to develop long term plans to deliver highly visible divisional projects.
· Facilitate the tracking and reporting on divisional and business units’ metrics, results, data modelling, processing, calculating and transformation into meaningful insights and reports.
· Manage the development, maintenance, and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
2. Program Management
· Accountable for the successful delivery of IT PMO programs and execution of aspects of project life cycle. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
· Work closely with engineering, product, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology transformation projects with overall business objectives
· Identify potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks in the technology transformation projects. Implement mitigation plans and escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary
· Monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.
· Establish quality standards and review mechanisms to ensure that the technology transformation projects meet the required performance, security, and reliability criteria
· Collaborate with finance teams to provide accurate and timely financial reporting related to cloud migration projects. Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial data to support decision-making.
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements, expectations, and concerns. Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicate project progress, status, and outcomes.
· Build trusted relationships with internal and external (GBS, Divisions/BU) stakeholders and subject matter experts.
· Interface with GBS IT PMO demand and intake process for GBS IT and divisions.
3. Resource Management
· Working with functional leaders ensure resource availability and allocation to required projects to reach objectives and help the functional leaders in managing resources in an effective and efficient manner.
· Oversee optimization of resource pools (project-based versus dedicated role based) and how it aligns to PMO needs.
· Manage ClickTime data tracking and developing meaningful actionable reports, as needed.
· Assist in the development of business cases while working with the associated leaders.
4. Training and Coaching
· Help with the development and compliance training programs and identifying external training courses.
· Provide as needed end user training, application portfolio management, customize training to match PMO projects scope.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency gains in the technology transformation process
· Stay abreast of the latest developments, trends, and best practices in infrastructure technologies and transformation strategies. Apply relevant insights to drive innovation and maintain the company's competitive edge.
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
1. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management
2. Proven track record of collaborating with infrastructure service providers, carriers, and vendors to design and implement infrastructure transformation projects. Familiarity with negotiating contracts, managing service level agreements (SLAs), and maintaining strong partnerships with external providers
3. A solid understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, including public cloud services. Proven experience with real estate projects in US and EU regions (cross -functional technology implementation as part of real estate projects) is preferred
4. Able to connect the dots in moving from “forward thinking” to “seeing around the corner.”
5. Strong written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate and influence.
6. Communicate complex problems to other people in a simple way that they will understand and work together to alleviate the general IT risk.
7. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with and manage relationships with all levels of employees and leaders throughout the Company.
8. Demonstrated ability to get positive results through influence, persuasion, leadership, presentations, training, and group facilitation skills.
9. Ability to balance organizational short-term and long-term objectives.
10. Proactively seek opportunities to provide additional value to PMO internal customers.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Required:
· Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
· PMP Certified and Scrum Master Certified
· CMMI, ITIL and SixSigma (Green Betlt or above) training
· HIPAA, PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and PHI (Patient Health Information) training
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Required Experience:
1. 8 years+ proven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager in infrastructure transformation, or technology onboarding for real estate programs
2. 5+ years’ experience with global shared services model
3. Experience as program manager for large program deliveries for Security and Infrastructure tools and technologies like Microsoft Sentinel, ORCA, AlgoSec Firewall Analyzer, Security Configuration Management, Multi-Factor Authentication, Data loss Protection for Email(O365), Advanced Threat Protection-P2, EMS-E5, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Microsoft Active Directory
4. Experience with delivery of NIST assessments
5. Understanding of non-security tools which typically act as dependency/integrations for Security Programs: WorkDay, SAP, and ServiceNow 6. Experience with SDLC frameworks, Waterfall and Agile (Scrum, Kanban, DSDM) and PM productivity tools like Jira, Clarizen, SharePoint, MS Project, MS PowerBi, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams,
7. Excellent command of English
8. Able to deliver with limited oversight and take accountability of actions.
9. Excellent presentation skills, both creating slides and delivering presentations to a variety of audiences.
10. Strong interpersonal skills, and leadership skills
Preferred Experience:
11. Exposure with cloud projects or cloud foundational knowledge

· Minimum Travel required for this position is 30%

Compensation:
