Room 8 Group is seeking a Process Manager to cultivate a process management culture and enhance efficiency across the company through AI and Automation projects. This role involves collaborating with C-level executives and business leaders to support process owners with methodology and drive process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in process management, business analysis, or IT project management, with a proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and process automation. Responsibilities include defining process optimization opportunities, creating implementation roadmaps, managing the AI and Automation program, and driving adoption of new processes and tools through change management.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, IT, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in process management, business analysis, or IT project management
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and process automation
  • Experience in process methodology implementation
  • Experience in process design, reengineering, and documentation
  • Upper-Intermediate English (oral and written)
  • Proficient in BPM methodologies, tools, and process automation
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to quality outcomes
  • Innovative and problem-solving thinking for process improvement
Good to have:

Room 8 Group is looking for a strategically minded Process Manager to drive the process management culture across R8G’s landscape. This individual will play a key role in supporting process owners with the process management methodology and drive the AI and Automation project dedicated to improving efficiency across all functions and processes in the company.

The Process Manager will work in close collaboration with C-level executives, business unit leaders and key process owners across the company.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, information technology or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in process management, business analysis or/and IT project management;
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and process automation.
  • Experience in process methodology implementation.

  • Experience in process design and reengineering, process documentation.

  • Upper-Intermediate English (oral and written).
  • Proficient in BPM methodologies, tools, and process automation.

  • Strong skills in Project management.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills (presentation creation, verbal and writing communication).

  • Strong skills of MS Package (Excel, Word, PPT).

  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Results-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

  • Innovative and problem-solving thinking to recommend and implement creative solutions for process improvement.

  • Experience in AI and Robotic tools implementation.
  • Certifications in Process Management like Lean Six Sigma.

 

  • Enhance process management practices to drive maturity and operational excellence across the company.
  • Enhance awareness of the process methodology across process owners and key stakeholders.
  • Design and lead the implementation of process efficiency dashboards with KPIs and Metrics.
  • Define opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Define benefits of process optimization and coordinate business case calculation for each initiative.
  • Create practical implementation roadmaps with clear milestones and KPIs for all process optimization and automation initiatives.
  • Act as program manager for the AI and Automation program that includes all process optimization and automation initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of updated processes and tools through structured change management practices.
  • Continuously evaluate process performance and recommend improvements.
  • Evaluate the process management maturity level in a company and implement enhancement initiatives.
  • Level of process management maturity in a company.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and implement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, fostering a shared understanding of initiatives dedicated to improving efficiency and maturity of processes.
