Job Description

Room 8 Group is seeking a strategically minded Process Manager to lead process management and drive AI/Automation projects for efficiency. This role involves collaborating with C-level executives and business unit leaders to enhance operational excellence. Responsibilities include designing efficiency dashboards, identifying optimization opportunities, creating implementation roadmaps, and managing the AI/Automation program. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in process management, strong project management skills, and a results-oriented approach to deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Must have:
  • Enhance process management practices to drive maturity and operational excellence
  • Enhance awareness of the process methodology across process owners and key stakeholders
  • Design and lead the implementation of process efficiency dashboards with KPIs and Metrics
  • Define opportunities for process optimization and automation
  • Define benefits of process optimization and coordinate business case calculation for each initiative
  • Create practical implementation roadmaps with clear milestones and KPIs
  • Act as program manager for the AI and Automation program
  • Drive adoption of updated processes and tools through structured change management practices
  • Continuously evaluate process performance and recommend improvements
  • Evaluate the process management maturity level and implement enhancement initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and implement initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Room 8 Group is an end-to-end strategic partner in external game development. Working across all platforms, we provide creative and technical expertise across game development, technology, art, trailers, and QA for AAA and AA games.

Since 2011, we’ve built creative partnerships with world-leading publishers such as Microsoft, Nintendo, Ubisoft, Sony, Gameloft, Take2, EA, and more. While leveraging our own cutting-edge tools and R&D capabilities, we’ve co-created a multitude of award-winning projects for video game IPs and franchises including Call of Duty, Diablo, Assassin’s Creed, Star Trek, The Walking Dead, Doctor Who, and many more.

Room 8 Group is looking for a strategically minded Process Manager to drive the process management culture across R8G’s landscape. This individual will play a key role in supporting process owners with the process management methodology and drive the AI and Automation project dedicated to improving efficiency across all functions and processes in the company.

The Process Manager will work in close collaboration with C-level executives, business unit leaders and key process owners across the company.

Superpowers you have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, information technology or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in process management, business analysis or/and IT project management;
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and process automation.
  • Experience in process methodology implementation.
  • Experience in process design and reengineering, process documentation.
  • Upper-Intermediate English (oral and written).
  • Proficient in BPM methodologies, tools, and process automation.
  • Strong skills in Project management.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills (presentation creation, verbal and writing communication).
  • Strong skills of MS Package (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Innovative and problem-solving thinking to recommend and implement creative solutions for process improvement.

You’re a rockstar if you have:

  • Experience in AI and Robotic tools implementation.
