As a Product Designer, BR, you'll play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of Team Liquid’s digital products. You'll work alongside various teams to design intuitive, brand-aligned web and mobile solutions that drive user engagement and achieve business goals. Your designs will help transform Team Liquid’s digital ecosystem and improve the overall user journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop high-quality user experiences for web and mobile applications, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Continuously improve the workflow of the UX/UI design process.
• Work alongside internal teams to ensure design concepts are technically feasible and align with business needs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to refine visually appealing and user-friendly solutions.
• Conduct user research to identify needs, monitor consumer insights, and apply findings to inform design choices.
• Continuously assess user feedback to refine design approaches.
• Update and maintain design system components and guidelines.
• Ensure consistency and scalability across digital platforms while adhering to Team Liquid’s brand guidelines.
• Present design work to stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and executives.
• Clearly explain design rationale, user insights, and research-backed recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You’ll Need:

• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience in the industry, preferably in digital products, websites, or mobile applications.
• Expertise in design tools like Figma (auto-layout, component libraries) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Experience conducting usability studies and implementing research-based design changes.
• Familiarity with the role of research and prototyping in driving effective, user-centered design solutions.
• Ability to translate user needs and research findings into intuitive and engaging design solutions.
• Ability to work alongside engineers and product managers, translating user needs into practical design solutions.
• Basic familiarity with user behavior, design patterns, and interaction design guidelines.
• Deep familiarity with the opportunities and limitations of the modern web and technologies.
• A genuine interest in gaming and esports, with a desire to create engaging user experiences for the community.
• Fluent in English.

You'll Earn Bonus Points If You Have: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or a related field.
• Experience with prototyping tools and methods to test interactions, refine user experiences, and effectively communicate design intent.
• Familiarity with front-end development and/or code (HTML, CSS, JS).

This is a position with a PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) type of contract.
