Job Description

Tencent Games, a leading global game development and publishing platform, is seeking a Product Intern. This role involves expanding the overseas knowledge base, planning and executing content ecosystems, identifying market trends, recruiting authors, and driving brand building. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree from a top overseas university, familiarity with user operation methodologies, strong communication, a product-oriented mindset, and excellent data sensitivity. Intern experience in product, content, or game operations is a plus.

Must Have:
  • Expand overseas knowledge base network and develop English-based content
  • Plan and execute the content ecosystem of Tencent Game knowledge base
  • Optimize product experience, enhance content visibility and penetration, and drive content traffic growth, user tiered operations, and author scale and structural health
  • Identify hot topics trend in overseas market, recruit author pools to provide creative guidance, and strengthen creator engagement and trust
  • Drive brand building and operations, reinforcing its user ecosystem and product experience
  • Collaborate with internal overseas teams to identify content partnership opportunities by leveraging industry trends and internal needs, empowering business growth and product excellence
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in top overseas university
  • Familiarity with ecosystem or user operation methodologies, hot topics, and platform content engagement strategies
  • Strong communication and resource coordination skills
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and build effective relationships with internal teams
  • Product-oriented mindset, strong execution capabilities, excellent data sensitivity, and project review awareness to adjust strategies based on data

1. Expand overseas knowledge base network and develop more English based content.

2. Plan and execute the content ecosystem of Tencent Game knowledge base, including overall strategy planning, author recruitment and management, and user operations. Optimize product experience, enhance content visibility and penetration, and drive content traffic growth, user tiered operations, and author scale and structural health.

3. Identify hot topics trend in overseas market, recruit author pools to provide creative guidance, and strengthen creator engagement and trust.

4. Drive brand building and operations, reinforcing its user ecosystem and product experience. Collaborate with internal overseas teams to identify content partnership opportunities by leveraging industry trends and internal needs, empowering business growth and product excellence.

Who We Look For

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in top overseas university. Familiarity with ecosystem or user operation methodologies, hot topics, and platform content engagement strategies.

2. Strong communication and resource coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and build effective relationships with internal teams.

3. Product-oriented mindset, strong execution capabilities, excellent data sensitivity, and project review awareness to adjust strategies based on data.

4. Great proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing is preferred.
