We are seeking a seasoned professional to join us as a key liaison between Nasdaq, a complex, multi-stakeholder client, and a specialized internal engineering team. This individual will play a critical role in translating client- and regulator-driven changes and business requirements into actionable deliverables, ensuring alignment with Nasdaq’s documentation standards and internal processes. The role requires a strong understanding of U.S. equities market structure, conceptual knowledge of market data feeds, and the ability to navigate and communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key conduit between internal Nasdaq teams and external client stakeholders.
- Translate client requests and business requirements into actionable documentation.
- Draft and maintain vendor notices and specifications, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Create and deliver quarterly committee reports.
- Collaborate with technology teams to compile and report monthly operational statistics.
- Participate in client outreach and industry meetings.
- Provide functional and application-level support to clients, including issue resolution, escalation management, and incident tracking.
- Deliver technical and functional input to sales and commercial teams to support proposals and client communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the U.S. equity markets, with a strong grasp of market structure and regulatory frameworks.
- Conceptual understanding of market data feed protocols (e.g., multicast, TCP/IP, FIX/ITCH).
- Familiarity with product or software development lifecycles (PDLC/SDLC).
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in multi-party or committee-driven environments.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical and regulatory information into clear, client-facing documentation.

The base pay range for this role is $139,600 - $232,600. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
