Job Description

As a Product Manager at Ten Square Games, you will be a data-driven strategic thinker, blending analytics and creativity to drive product development and enhance user engagement for their free-to-play (F2P) mobile games. Responsibilities include using data analytics to understand player behavior, defining and monitoring KPIs, designing and running A/B tests, and conducting competitive analysis. You will set measurable goals, implement feedback loops to boost user satisfaction, and collaborate with the team to refine features, establish release plans, and ensure task tracking accuracy. You will also directly support the team during implementation, providing initial acceptance and fine-tuning features. A passion for F2P gaming is essential.

What will you be doing?

Data-Driven Strategy

  • Using data analytics to understand player behaviors, preferences, and trends, informing product strategy;

  • Defining, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs to assess game performance and find improvement areas;

  • Designing and running A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize features, mechanics, and monetization;

  • Conducting competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and benchmark performance.

Focus on Results

  • Setting clear, measurable goals and align efforts to achieve them;

  • Implementing feedback loops to refine game features, boosting user satisfaction and business results;

  • Assessing product changes on engagement, retention, and monetization, making data-driven adjustments.

Implementation

  • Working with the Product Owner to create sprint goals and break down specifications into actionable work items;

  • Collaborating with the Producer to drive refinement sessions, establish release plans, and ensure task tracking is accurate;

  • Directly supporting the team during implementation, providing initial acceptance and fine-tuning features;

  • Keeping updated on key genres, conduct market research, and perform benchmark analysis of competitive products.

Job requirements

What are we looking for? 

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in product management within the mobile games industry;

  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making. Proficient in data analytics tools and methodologies;

  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of game design principles, user experience, and player psychology;

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
