Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Product Specialist to join our team in Wrocław. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and designing engaging in-game events and activities for players. This role involves developing and improving existing in-game event formulas based on data analysis, defining new goals to enhance live operations strategy and scheduled events, and creating new efficient monetization methods to optimize revenues. The specialist will also define monthly sales strategies and plan promotions to maximize virtual goods revenue, analyze game metrics to identify performance optimization opportunities including conversion, retention, churn, and customer lifetime value. Collaboration with internal engineering teams is key for designing new promotion formats and improving monetization tools while maintaining the game economy. Market analysis of the game industry and competitor monitoring are also crucial aspects of this role.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage and design challenging and satisfying events and activities for the players;

  • Develop and improve the current formula of in-game events based on collected data;

  • Define new goals to improve live ops strategy and scheduled in-game events;

  • Create new efficient methods of monetization and optimization of revenues;

  • Define monthly sales strategy and plan promotions to maximize virtual goods revenue;

  • Analyze game metrics to identify opportunities for optimizing performance, incl. conversion, retention, churn, customer lifetime value;

  • Cooperate with internal engineering teams to design new promotion formats and improve monetization tools while taking care of the game economy;

  • Analyze the game industry, its products and market;

  • Monitor business competitors.
