Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Align all stakeholders (business and technology) around common product vision, prioritizing design and implementation and meeting both business and feature goals for the Marketing and Sales teams. Set up product roadmaps, epics, and workstreams that will guide product testing and implementation. Deploy an agile data modelling platform that handles profile and time series data processing. Coordinate with data engineers to process data coming from real-time customer records and engagements. Deliver a full-scope technology solution that includes platforms and component applications. Working with system engineers, configurators, and architects, integrate the customer journey orchestration (CJO) platform with existing Marketing and Sales technology stacks and overall Autodesk product implementation processes. Execute a deployment process that aligns all business channels. Overhaul the system for CJO deployment and future application additions. Evolve internal business processes for Brand Marketing, Industry Marketing, and Demand Generation teams in accordance with CJO practices. Work with change management to create management, training, and documentation to ensure all impacted business units are prepared for process and technology changes. Develop a new set of analytic dashboards which are concentrated on customer journey and experience related metrics along with conventional campaign and business metrics. Using new metrics, measurement strategies, and reporting framework, evaluate CJO rollout performance and future CJO implementation. Collaborate and manage technology and implementation vendors for support and consulting services. Identify, iterate, track, and align project steps and milestones with goals and product strategy. Employing agile methodology, continuously work with project management group and workstream leads to tune steps and ensure deployment is on-time and within budget. Coordinate with Legal and Security teams to ensure compliance of the CJO platform and data modelling with all Autodesk mandated security measures. Act as a champion for the marketing technology stack, advocating for its capabilities and driving organizational alignment around its value proposition. Some telecommuting is permitted.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing Technology or related field and 10 years of experience in the job offered or in a product management-related occupation. Some telecommuting is permitted.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $141,800 - $212,800 per year. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
