Responsible for managing resources to achieve required production on time, meeting established quality criteria, cost objectives, and ensuring the safety of colleagues, superiors, and personnel under their charge.

Must Have:
- Manage and control assigned personnel
- Comply with the requirements indicated in the DMD Standard according to their level
- Establish and develop the operating standard
- Identify ways to improve work (perform Kaizen)
- Detect, analyze, and correct anomalies at the source
- Create a good production environment
- Manage assigned resources (PPE, Tools, overtime, etc)
- Supervisor, in the automotive industry
- Education: Industrial Engineer or similar
