The Project Analyst will manage the receipt of new units, performing critical analysis and overseeing action plans. This role involves supporting data analysis, operating financial planning tools (CAPEX and OPEX), and monitoring project performance through indicators. The analyst will also develop solutions to ensure plan adherence, including tools for prospective risk analysis. The position requires 4 years of project experience, advanced project management knowledge, and strong communication skills.
Must Have:

OBJECTIVE

The main objective of the position is to manage the receipt of new units. The professional will be responsible for critical analysis and action plan management, in addition to proposing solutions for complex problems related to the Executive Management's projects.

ACTIVITIES

  • Perform operational tasks of medium complexity, being responsible for supporting and executing structured analysis of data and information, in survey consolidations, in addition to supporting and eventually guiding the performance of basic activities for the development of solutions and the implementation of improvements;
  • Support the operation of corporate planning and expense control tools (CAPEX and OPEX), as well as analyze period results, considering planned and actual costs and financial gains, from planning, through development, to project completion and closing, with critical analysis;
  • Review and monitor the performance of projects and programs, tracking progress through indicators, dashboards and other work performance data;
  • Responsible for supporting critical analyses and the development of solutions to maximize adherence and effectiveness in fulfilling plans, including support in developing tools, methodologies and panels that allow prospective analysis of risks, bottlenecks and threats, enabling preventive action. Examples of elements to be monitored include: availability/supply of materials, people, critical resources (vessels, Nitrogen Generating Units, onboard vacancies, specific contracts and financial consumption.

EDUCATION

  • Graduation: Administration, Law, Engineering or related areas.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4 years of experience in the Projects area.
  • Advanced knowledge in project management.
  • Critical analysis and decision-making ability in complex and high-responsibility scenarios.
  • Experience in structuring and monitoring action plans, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
  • Excellence in verbal and written communication, with the ability to present analyses and proposals to different levels of the organization.
