To further expand our organization, we are now recruiting a Project Manager/Department Manager candidate for our system development business. This is a very important position where you will oversee development projects such as xR (AR/VR) applications, mobile apps, interactive digital signage, and IoT systems, demonstrating high specialized knowledge and practical execution ability, while also playing a crucial role in supporting the organization through member management.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning, sales, and development direction for event attractions and marketing tools using AR/VR technology
• Planning, development direction, and sales support for smartphone apps and web services
• Client requirements definition, proposal document creation, and presentation
• Management and project promotion of in-house development teams (designers, engineers, 3DCG designers, etc.)
• Research and proposal of the latest technologies
• Project budget management and schedule management

• Over 5 years of practical experience in web system development or application development

Trial period available: 3 months

Salary

Annual salary 6,000,000 JPY ~

*Includes deemed overtime pay for 45 hours per month (127,720 JPY~).

*Overtime exceeding this will be paid in full.

*Salary will be determined based on experience and ability, according to company regulations.

Working Hours

Flextime system (core time 13:00-17:00)

Standard working hours per day: 8 hours

• Complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
• 120 annual holidays
• If events fall on Saturdays or Sundays, attendance on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will occur.
