This role involves general QA operations for our products, as well as support for the development/project management side. Furthermore, as a QA operations promoter, you will be responsible for company-wide activities such as environment improvement and planning/operation of new services.
Must have:

Job Responsibilities

Quality assurance for assigned products

Required Skills and Experience

  • High knowledge of quality control and quality assurance for game software.
  • 3 years or more of experience in quality control/quality assurance of game software for current console hardware*¹.
  • Skills in planning QA schedules, adjusting/managing various resources and progress.
  • Experience in coordinating with external companies (publishers or contractors).
  • High communication skills to smoothly collaborate with external partners and other departments.

Welcome Skills and Experience

  • Experience as an in-house QA staff member at a development company, continuous for 1 year or more (including dispatch and secondment).
  • Experience in building/managing BTS.
  • Business communication skills in languages other than Japanese (especially English).
  • Testing experience with game engines and development tools related to games.
  • Experience in introducing, promoting, and designing automation.
  • Programming and code reading skills.

Selection Process

The selection process is as follows:

  • Interviews (2-4 times including final interview), aptitude test, QA assignment submission

It takes approximately 1 to 1.5 months from document screening to the offer meeting. If you are in a hurry, please consult us when scheduling. We will respond as much as possible.

  • Interviews are basically conducted online.
  • Reference checks may be conducted during the selection process. Details will be provided by the HR representative at that time. If you are concerned about the breakdown of the request destination, we will share an overview document in advance, so please rest assured.
  • During the selection process, we may provide an opportunity for you to have a casual talk with an employee. The purpose is to align on actual working styles and culture in a relaxed state as much as possible, to prevent mismatches after joining.

Working Hours

Flextime system (standard daily working hours: 7.5 hours)

Core time: 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM / Lunch break: 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM

Allowances

Commuting allowance (20,000 JPY per month / included in annual salary)

Fixed overtime allowance (for 40 hours per month / included in annual salary)

Relocation allowance

  • A flat 300,000 JPY will be paid to new employees relocating from a distant area (more than 150km from the work location). For those relocating from overseas, a flat 500,000 JPY will be paid.
