Job Description

The Animator will be responsible for creating assets and establishing the visual style of specified areas of the project. This includes working with game designers and programmers to contribute to game design and specifications, and maintaining strong communication skills for a team-focused development environment. The role requires a strong passion and unique vision for making games, particularly action games. The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to game design and specifications.
Must have:
  • 3D character animation production in game development
  • Basic Japanese conversational skills
Good to have:
  • Agile or similar game production methods
  • Console title development experience
  • AAA title development experience
  • Action game development experience
  • Manager/leader experience in development projects
  • Game engine development experience (Unreal Engine, Unity)
  • Animation workflow and pipeline construction experience
  • Character rigging experience (human, animal)
  • Scripting experience (MEL, Python)

  • ゲーム開発における3Dキャラクターアニメーション制作能力
  • 日常会話が出来る程度の日本語レベル

  • アジャイル、もしくはそれに類するゲーム制作手法の経験
  • コンシューマータイトルの開発経験
  • AAAタイトルの開発経験
  • アクションゲームの開発経験
  • 開発プロジェクトにおけるマネージャー・リーダーの経験
  • Unreal Engine、Unity等のゲームエンジンを利用したゲーム開発経験
  • プロジェクトのアニメーションワークフロー、パイプライン構築経験
  • 人体、動物などのキャラクターリギングの実務経験
  • MEL、Pythonなどを利用したスクリプト開発経験

アーティストとしてゲーム制作に活かせるスキルをお持ちであれば、業界未経験者可。

No games industry experience is required for this position.

選考プロセスについて

選考は、以下の過程で行います。

・書類選考
・面接(最終面接含め2〜4回程度)・適性検査
・内定
・オファー面談

書類選考からオファー面談までに約1ヶ月~1.5か月の期間をいただいております。

※内定時には条件・制度面のご説明のため、オファー面談を実施しています。

Selection Process

Our candidate selection process is comprised of the following steps.- Document screening
- Interview process (Total of 2 to B interviews, including final interview)
- Offer of employment
- Post-offer discussion

Please allow approximately 1 to 1.5 months from the "document screening" to the "post-offer discussion" phases. If you are in a hurry, please let us know at the time of scheduling your interview. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and attempt to expedite the overall hiring process.

- Interviews will generally be conducted online.
- We may ask for a reference during your selection process. Further details will be provided by the HR representative when needed. We will share pertinent materials that outline these requirements beforehand to allow you ample time to prepare.
- During the selection process, we may provide you with an opportunity to have a casual discussion with a number of employees regarding your potential position. The purpose of this chat is to allow you a chance to learn about the actual working style of the position and gain a sense of the company culture in a relaxed environment, to further help you decide if the type of work environment would be a good fit for you.
- If given an offer of employment, we will conduct a post-offer discussion to explain details such as employment conditions and pertinent company policies.
