Selection Process

  • The selection process is as follows:

Recruitment Details

  • Employment Type: Full-time employee
  • Salary: Negotiable. Annual salary with payments on a monthly basis. Salary is determined based on the employee’s level of experience and ability, rather than age.

  • Tokyo: 4-2-5 Kanda Surugadai, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Try-Edge Ochanomizu 12F
  • Osaka: Umeda Sky Building Tower West 8F, 1-1-30 Oyodonaka, Kita-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka
  • Fukuoka: The Residential Suite Fukuoka, Building 5, Room 5807, 1-3-70 Momochihama, Sawara-ku, Fukuoka-shi, Fukuoka
  • (Immediately after employment) You will select your desired work location at the time of application. The work location will be determined through the selection process.
  • (Scope of change) Head office and all branches, and the address reported in the information pledge for remote work.
  • Work Responsibilities:
  • (Immediately after employment) Game designer duties and related tasks.
  • (Scope of change) Duties as determined by the company.
  • Work Hours: Discretionary working system (deemed working hours 9.5 hours/day). Working hours are basically from 9:30 to 18:00, and are left to individual discretion. (At least 60 minutes of break time must be taken during work).
  • Allowances and Stipends:
  • Commuter allowance (20,000 yen per month / included in annual salary)
  • Fixed overtime allowance (40 hours per month / included in annual salary)
  • Premium wages (overtime allowance, late-night work allowance, holiday work allowance)
  • Relocation allowance: A flat 300,000 yen will be paid to new employees relocating from a distant area (over 150km from the work location). A flat 500,000 yen will be paid for relocation from overseas.
  • Child allowance (5,000 yen per month per dependent child under 18 years old).
  • Holidays and Leave:
  • Complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays and Sundays)
  • Annual paid leave (depends on joining month / maximum 10 days in the first year / partially granted on joining date)
  • National holidays, summer vacation (5 days), year-end and New Year holidays, company anniversary, congratulatory and condolence leave.
  • Other special leave. *Annual holidays 130 days (2023 actual).*
  • Retirement Pay: Yes (paid based on retirement pay regulations).
  • Mandatory Retirement Age: Yes, 60 years old (re-employment system available until 65 years old).
