Q. How do I create an entry sheet?
A.
You may use free software or any other software. There is no specific software designated or recommended.
Please resize attached photos in advance to prevent the PDF file size from becoming too large. The standard size is around 3MB.
This method involves printing data on paper and then scanning the paper. If you do not have a printer at home, we recommend using a multi-copy machine at a convenience store. Please research how to use multi-copy machines yourself.
If there is no convenience store nearby, we recommend using the document scanning function of native apps like "Notes" (iPhone) or "Google Drive" (Android) on your smartphone, or a dedicated scanning app.
Direct photographs are strictly prohibited.
If you upload data converted to PDF using your smartphone's scanning function, please make sure to check it yourself before uploading to ensure that the necessary information is clearly visible (e.g., paper distortion, light reflection). If it is determined to be "not visible" during the selection process, your document screening will be unsuccessful. If you are "concerned about visibility," please use one of the two safer methods above for PDF conversion.
Q. Is it mandatory to attach a photo to the entry sheet?
A. Yes, attaching a photo to the entry sheet is mandatory.
There are no specific dress code requirements.
When attaching photos to the PDF, please be careful to resize (reduce) them to the necessary size in advance to prevent the PDF file size from becoming too large.
Q. If I submit multiple images for my portfolio, should I combine them into one file?
A. Yes. We recommend combining them into one file and submitting them using an external storage service or online portfolio.
Q. Can I submit a QR code for my portfolio site as a work?
A. Please refrain from using QR codes, as the selection committee will review applications on Windows PCs.
If you submit works posted on video sites or portfolio sites, please submit a PDF containing the URL of that site (with a link).
However, web/SNS services that require a dedicated account login for viewing are not allowed.
Q. Should I write down the time it took to create the work?
A. It would be helpful for the selection process if you include it.
Q. Is there a recommended number of works for a portfolio?
A. Any number of works that you deem appropriate to convey your abilities and appeal is fine.
Q. Can I use commercially available materials or materials I purchased myself in my portfolio?
A. Yes, you may use materials other than those you created yourself. In such cases, please attach a document that clearly indicates which parts you created and which parts you did not.

However, we will provide "reasonable accommodations" formed through dialogue and agreement, tailored to individual needs. Working hours and work styles will also be determined after consulting on the degree and situation of the disability. We welcome applications from individuals who are eager to take on challenges.
