Job Description

This role involves general programming tasks related to game production. New hires will initially gain experience in game development as application programmers. Depending on their aspirations and aptitude, there's potential to engage in game engine development. We seek individuals with a strong passion for creating games, who can proactively think and act to enhance game value.
Must have:

  • We will not build game works when reviewing them. Please submit an environment where the game can be checked by executing an exe file or other files. It is acceptable to submit a build environment for code review, etc.
  • When we review your submitted work, there is a possibility that it may not launch or run properly depending on the PC or environment. Therefore, please submit a work introduction video along with your work (required).

About "Material that showcases your strengths (any format)"

Example: Explanation of technologies learned/acquired at school or research results, etc.

Application Work Regulations / Programmer Position

1. Only half-width alphanumeric characters can be used for each file name of the application work (the file name itself is arbitrary).

2. It is also possible to submit works using online portfolios or video sites. In that case, please submit a PDF document containing the URL of that site/page as your work. *Web/SNS services that require a dedicated account login for viewing are not allowed.

Monthly salary for junior college/technical college graduates, university graduates, and master's degree holders: 252,500 JPY (as of April 2024).

  • Annual salary system. The first year's annual salary of 3,030,000 JPY is divided into 12 payments and paid as a monthly salary.
  • The monthly salary includes a commuting allowance of 20,000 JPY/month.
  • The monthly salary includes a fixed overtime allowance for 40 hours, amounting to 63,723 JPY. (If overtime exceeds 40 hours per month, the excess will be paid separately).

Work Location

  • Primarily, work will be at the Osaka Head Office.
  • Tokyo-based hires will undergo training at the Osaka Head Office for approximately 3 to 6 months after joining. (Round-trip transportation costs and accommodation expenses during the training period at the Osaka Head Office will be borne by the company).

Working Hours

First year: 9:30 - 18:00 (7 hours 30 minutes actual work) *1 hour break

  • In the first year, working hours will be fixed as above, but from the second year onwards, once deemed "applicable" by the supervisor, a discretionary labor system (deemed working hours: 9.5 hours/day) will apply, and working hours will be left to individual discretion, with 9:30 start and 18:00 end as the basic hours. (A break of at least 60 minutes must be taken during work).

Complete two-day weekend system (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays, summer vacation, New Year's holidays, company anniversary, annual paid leave (10 days in the first year), congratulatory and condolence leave, and other special leave.

How do I create an entry sheet?

Using PDF editing software (recommended)

You may use free software, etc. There is no specific software designated or recommended. Please resize attached photos in advance so that the PDF file size does not become too large. Standard size is around 3MB.

This method involves printing the data on paper and scanning the paper. If you do not have a printer at home, we recommend using a multi-function copier at a convenience store. Please research how to use multi-function copiers yourself.

If there is no convenience store nearby, we recommend using the document scanning function of native apps like "Notes" (iPhone) or "Google Drive" (Android), or a dedicated scanning app. Simple close-up photos are strictly prohibited. If you upload data PDF-converted using a smartphone's scanning function, please make sure to check yourself before uploading whether the necessary information is visible without hindrance (paper distortion, light reflection, etc.). If it is judged as "not visible" during the selection process, your document screening will be unsuccessful. Is a face photo required for the entry sheet?

A face photo is required to be attached to the entry sheet. There are no specific dress code requirements. When attaching a photo to the PDF, please resize (reduce) it to the necessary size in advance to prevent the PDF file size from becoming too large.
