This role is for an in-house legal staff member at a game company, primarily responsible for reviewing and drafting contracts like outsourcing agreements and NDAs, handling internal legal consultations, and coordinating with legal counsel. The position also involves contract execution, legal knowledge dissemination, and compliance with laws such as personal information protection. Job Responsibilities

As an in-house legal staff member for a game company, you will primarily be engaged in the following duties:

【Main Duties】

  • Review and creation of contract documents such as outsourcing agreements and NDAs.

(Primarily created using templates. Mainly in Japanese, but some in English.)

  • Internal legal consultation, issue organization, and coordination with our company's legal counsel.
  • Contract execution administration, such as sending contract documents (approx. 90% are electronic contracts).
  • Enlightenment of legal knowledge and sharing of know-how, such as creating internal manuals and conducting internal briefings.
  • Internal coordination regarding other legal compliance (e.g., personal information protection law compliance).

Required Experience and Skills

  • Experience in legal affairs within a company or organization (3 years or more).

Selection Process

The selection process will proceed as follows:

  • Interviews (2-4 rounds including final interview) and aptitude test

It takes approximately 1 to 1.5 months from document screening to the offer meeting.

Annual salary system (divided into 12 payments).

*Annual salary will be determined based on experience and ability, preferentially according to company regulations regardless of age.

Working Hours

Flextime system (standard daily working hours: 7.5 hours)

Core time: 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM / Lunch break: 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM

Allowances

Commuting allowance (20,000 JPY/month, included in annual salary)

Hybrid Work

We implement "hybrid work" which combines office work and remote work.

For this position, the basic rotation is one day of office work and four days of remote work per week.
