Job Description

The primary responsibility is project control in game development. Key tasks include quality management, budget management, and negotiations with publishers. The ideal candidate is someone who can calmly assess situations and respond flexibly, and has a strong passion for adding commercial value to artistically rich works and bringing them to market. The role requires experience as a producer in consumer games, with at least two titles released. Additionally, a minimum of two years of practical experience in line management within game production is necessary. The role also requires a level of Japanese proficiency sufficient for daily conversations.

Must have:

Producer experience in consumer games (2+ titles)
2+ years of line management experience in game production
Japanese language proficiency for daily conversation

Good to have:

Budget planning and management for game development projects
Budget negotiation and transaction experience with domestic and international publishers
Experience releasing games as a game development producer

ゲーム制作におけるライン管理の実務経験2年以上

国内・海外パブリッシャーとの予算交渉・取引経験

選考は、以下の過程で行います。

書類選考からオファー面談までに約1ヶ月～1.5か月の期間をいただいております。

Selection Process

Our candidate selection process is comprised of the following steps.- Document screening
- Interview process (Total of 2 to G interviews, including final interview)
- Offer of employment
- Post-offer discussion

Please allow approximately 1 to 1.5 months from the "document screening" to the "post-offer discussion" phases. If you are in a hurry, please let us know at the time of scheduling your interview. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and attempt to expedite the overall hiring process.

Notes:
- Interviews will generally be conducted online.
- We may ask for a reference during your selection process. Further details will be provided by the HR representative when needed. We will share pertinent materials that outline these requirements beforehand to allow you ample time to prepare.
- During the selection process, we may provide you with an opportunity to have a casual discussion with a number of employees regarding your potential position. The purpose of this chat is to allow you a chance to learn about the actual working style of the position and gain a sense of the company culture in a relaxed environment, to further help you decide if the type of work environment would be a good fit for you.
- If given an offer of employment, we will conduct a post-offer discussion to explain details such as employment conditions and pertinent company policies.
