- Create, improve, and provide feedback on current frameworks.
- Investigate new hardware and software usability for QA.
- Facilitate communication within the QA department and IO Interactive.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the games industry.

What you will do:
Structured software test:
- Participate in structured software development in an agile environment
- Design and execute test cases
- Perform different regression tests to ensure stability
Manage tasks:
- Create and supervise tasks for in-house and outsourced QA
- Schedule tasks accordingly to the current project state and overall QA workload
- Create reports for Leads, stakeholders and the whole team
- Support other QA department members in their duties and tasks
QA research and development
- Investigate the needs of new features regarding testing
- Create, improve and provide feedback with currently used frameworks
- Investigate new hardware and software usability in the context of the QA department
- Facilitate communication in the QA department and within IO Interactive
Who you are:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the games industry.
- Proficient in English, written and spoken. Our company language is English, and you will have to communicate clearly with people of different nationalities every day.
