As a Quote and Configuration Specialist, you will support market topics related to the configuration of medical equipment, including workflow configuration, quotation, and order processing. Your role involves identifying market trends, performing equipment configuration based on customer requirements, working with database and IT systems, assisting the commercial team with customer quotations, and maintaining direct contact with product specialists for knowledge and improvements.

Must Have:

Identify and analyze market trends for requested configuration types.
Perform configuration of Philips Medical Equipment, based on customer requirements.
Work with database and Informatic Technologies systems to make the configuration of medical equipment.
Help Commercial team area in develop final customer quotations.
Maintain direct contact with commercial team (Product Specialists) for knowledge and improvements of Philips equipment.
2+ years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as biomedical engineering, data analysis or equivalent field OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.
Excel proficiency to work with Pivot Tables, formulas and automation techniques (Macros , Power Query).
Willingness to learn and apply AI tools to develop solutions aligned with business needs (Task automation, Data Analysis, Forecasting).
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields OR High School Diploma/Vocational Education, preferably with biomedical and/or data analysis knowledge.
Professional with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak English required.

As a Quote and Configuration Specialist you are responsible for supporting the markets topics related to the configuration of medical equipment, such as correct workflow configuration, quotation and ordering processing.

Your role:

Identify and analyze market trends for requested configuration types.
Perform configuration of Philips Medical Equipment, based on customer requirements.

As a Global Business System based in Panama, help Commercial team area in develop final customer quotations.
Maintain direct contact with commercial team (Product Specialists) for knowledge and improvements of Philips equipment.

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as biomedical engineering, data analysis or equivalent field OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.
Your skills include Excel proficiency to work with Pivot Tables, formulas and automation techniques (Macros , Power Query). Willingness to learn an apply AI tools to develop solutions aligned with business needs (Task automation, Data Analysis, Forecasting).
