Job Content

1. Possess basic writing, reading, and communication skills for letters and documents.

2. Proficient in word processing and information comprehension, capable of creating and modifying basic documents or presentations.

3. Assist supervisors with daily administrative tasks, such as: schedule management, business travel, administrative procedures, and managing documents awaiting signature.

4. Assist supervisors in arranging meetings, organizing meeting minutes, and tracking resolutions.

5. Prepare and assist in maintaining important documents and file management, providing necessary information to supervisors in a timely manner.

6. Execute other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

  • Able to work independently and complete various tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Must be proficient in Office software and general computer operations.
  • Candidates with experience in game R&D will be prioritized for interviews.
