Job Description

Responsible for general document processing, filing, and archiving. Assists with general administrative tasks such as mail handling, repair requests, purchasing, and environmental maintenance. Confirms meeting schedules, handles related communications, prepares for meetings, and takes minutes. Responsible for greeting visitors, preparing meeting rooms, ordering meals, and preparing refreshments. Handles expense claims and reimbursements. Performs other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
