Job Summary

Job Description

This job involves organizing and verifying documents, handling accounts payable entries, preparing and filing business tax returns, organizing and binding vouchers and ledgers, classifying and filing documents and contracts, and performing other tasks assigned by supervisors. The position requires working at least 3 days a week. The ideal candidate should be patient and meticulous. Must have:
  • Organize and verify documents
  • Handle accounts payable entries
  • Prepare and file business tax returns
  • Organize and bind vouchers and ledgers

Job Details

【工作內容】



1.單據憑證資料整理及核對。
2.應付費用立帳/沖帳傳票輸入作業。
3.營業稅401憑證整理申報。
4.整理及裝訂傳票、帳冊整理。
5.文書合約資料分類、歸檔。
6.其他相關主管交辦事宜。

※每周至少上班3日。
