Job Description
Meta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiting Lead to join their team. You will manage candidates through the interview and hiring process, lead a team of recruiting professionals, and play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent. Responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies, developing comprehensive sourcing plans, coordinating with the recruiting team, collaborating with hiring managers, managing pipeline activity, facilitating meetings and key initiatives, establishing relationships with internal stakeholders, driving the offer process, engaging in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies, onboarding and training recruiters/sourcers, setting clear expectations, delivering feedback, and managing performance outcomes within the team.

- Proven experience in hiring talent within Eng and or Tech XFN functions - including Software Engineering and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI) related roles (IC or leadership).
Must Have:
- Recruiting experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
- Experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers
- Experience sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates
- Experience with candidate care and balancing process with candidate experience
- Experience with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management and reporting techniques, and software collaboration tools
- Experience creating and fostering partnerships with internal leadership and executive teams
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Recruiting Lead. Recruiting Lead Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.
- Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
- Coordinate closely with recruiting team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals.
- Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with client groups, and with the recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams).
- Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
- Actively engage in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies. Demonstrates Data Integrity and experience understanding Data to help influence hiring decisions.
- Onboard and train recruiters/sourcers
- Ensure recruiters and/or sourcers are managing to appropriate milestones and metric
- Set clear expectations, deliver feedback, and manage performance outcomes within the team
- Drive diversity recruiting strategy and impact results in support of broader teams
- Responsible for team, goals, and delivery to meet both short term and long term goals
Minimum Qualifications
- Recruiting experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
- Experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers
- Recruiting experience must include the following, 1/ Sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates , 2/ Candidate care and balancing process with candidate experience, 3/ Recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management and reporting techniques, and software collaboration tools and 4/ Creating and fostering partnerships with internal leadership and executive teams.
Preferred Qualifications
