Rigging Lead Artist (3D CG Animated Short Film)

Responsible for leading the creation of character, creature, and prop rigs that meet the film’s artistic and technical needs. Works closely with the Character Supervisor, Animation Director, and Modelling team to ensure rigs deform well, are animator-friendly, and provide the necessary articulation for storytelling. Oversees the rigging team, sets technical standards, troubleshoots issues, and maintains consistency and efficiency across all rigs throughout production.
